Not sure if you will reply in time, as im going back to bmw tomorrow. 2 months ago, i noticed car was lowered. I turned engine on and it rasied itself back to normal. This then continued, could lower after an hour or sometimes days and then every time i start engine it would go back to normal. So i bit the bullet, took to bmw and then diagnosed as it needing a new air compressor which i paid around £1.3.k to have sorted. Got car back and week later, it lowered. Gutted i am, because i go back tomorrow for them to take car back and look again and tell me know what they think is wrong. Ive suggested they got it wrong and they relaced a part which dodnt need replacing. They are digging heels in and saying a new fault has happened which is causing it to lower again. Have you got any ideas on how i can approach this. Thanks

My engine bay would look the way your car was looking after winter. We have too much dust here. It's almost impossible and useless to clean the engine bay here. Because you detail it today, just a couple of rides are enough to get everything covered in dust again

Workshops are charging thousands for this job which i find crazy. It doesnt seem that difficult if youre willing to fiddle with a few different tools.

As a volvo guy for 10 years im now looking at BMW's and Merc's along the 2010-2014 years and the f11 does interest me a great deal. Specially the 2.0l 4cyl diesel with a twinturbo setup, are they known for having any major issues that one should look out for when in the market for one?

I wished I lived there……as a heavy goods driver I don’t have any chance to put my headlights on main beam. Not like I used to do in the 80’s. I could drive miles on main beam before coming across a vehicle coming in the opposite direction. Good video that. Thanks for sharing. I’m looking at the BMW 6 series. Hello my friend. How much km have you now. Does you know what is about injectors, fuel pump and chain on this machine. I have 730Ld and now i have 180.000km. Its 2015 year. On 200.000 km i will change all bearings, chain and to clean intake manifold. What do you think about injectors and pump. Should i refurbished them to. I change oil max at 8.000km go 9.000km

I have everything disconnected, but the very back by the firewall refuses to lift off of the engine!!!

I'm sorry, this works well for oncoming traffic, but IMO your brights turn on way too often when behind other vehicles. The people in front of you must be thinking, "Why does this guy keep turning his brights on and off behind us. Maybe it's just the way it looked to me. Edit: I do understand the usefulness of having the headlights show the roadside and ditches more, but I still feel like there would be a noticeable flash coming from the lights if you were in front of them. This would be distracting as the person in front of this car. Again I am just speculating no hate here. It would be helpful to have camera shots from the lead car.

Any gurus still active here? I just cleaned the whole intake manifold, the swirl flaps and it's still in limp mode. Why is that? None of the swirl flaps are broken or covered in carbon, the sensors are cleared and carbon free, no check engine, no warning lights on the dash, it's idling really nice..I'm clue less.

THANK YOU, U save my life making this video For those who wanna do it = easy in 1h20 on jack stand + IF U WANNA go faster: 1/ take a knife OR a drill bit on the cushion …pCHIiiiit = no need to touch the compressor 2/ keep the Old black plastic hood (cap), and the air screw…just change the ‘O’ring + personnaly: if that happen on the AIR SUSPENSION = change Ur shock absorber, in the meantime ;)

I have the H&R sway bars front and rear. Massive improvement you get so much more confident in corners.
